We deliver all of our machineries for free up to 25 miles from any of our locations. Each additional mile traveled after, we charge $2.3/mile. How is the delivery fee calculated after the 25mile free delivery range? Let's take a look at an example: Assume your drop off location is 30 miles away from our nearest location. Drop off + pick up in total we will travel for 2 round trips, total milage is 120 miles. Our free delivery policy will cover you for 25 miles for both ways, so the free milage total is 100. The total milage you have to pay is 20 miles, so the total delivery fee is $46.

Yes! All of our gas, or diesel equipment will be full when you pick it up.

Whatever is most convenient for you. We can definitely fill it when the equipment is returned, but be advised, there will be an additional fueling charge. The current charge for diesel is $7/gal.

Normally you won't, we always clean equipment returned from rentals. However, if the equipment is excessively dirty when returned, we will need to charge a cleaning fee based on labor&hour we put in to cleaning it. It averages about $50. This often happens in the winter, when the ground gets muddy.
